Casa Mila is located in No 92 Passeig de Gracia and take Diagonal Metro, Green line L3 to get there. Originally, Casa Mila was built for rent apartment. Yet, the owner on that era had difficulty in renting the place because of the irregularity of the building’s architecture.

Now Casa Mila is made as a cultural center and a museum. The cultural center is owned by Obra Social Caiza Catalunya. While the museum is all about the career of Antoni Gaudi; now, the museum is an instrument for the famous artist to showcase their work.

Casa Mila is so unique in its beauty. The façade of the building is made of curving stonework that one can not see any straight line. Though not straight and natural it still could attract the eyes of even the neophytes in art and architecture. The staircase so flamboyant and extravagant that one could think you floating in richness; the corridors and hallways of Casa Mila are the proof of Gaudi’s knack of creating superb and timeless architecture; that even time could not vanish its brilliance.
