For Spanish people do really care about their personal look. Especially Catalans people, they are pleased to be always looking good and mostly they do not like to wear casual dress.
What is casual dress? Casual wear is usually the dress in which typically exposed skin, since it includes all swimwear. This type of outfit emphasizes personal expression and even new forms of gender expression.
The reason of the country regarding to the Barcelona dress code is mainly due to respect the religion. This is obviously because the country is under the Roman Empire and is considered as the most important regions worldwide.
