Its gastronomical aspect also has so much to offer, with numerous choices of restaurants that you can eat in Barcelona, you can either choose from restaurants that serve authentic Spanish dishes to contemporary and others. However if you are a fan of fish and seafood dishes, well there are plenty of them around the city and here are some of them.

Botafumeiro. You can find this sea food restaurant in Carrer Gran de Gracia 81; this is one of the best restaurants in Barcelona when it comes to sea foods. The restaurant serves the best traditional shellfish and fish, especially its famous pierced sea bass with spring onions. You can also order tapas, and its specialty sandwich the torpedos, they also serve meat dishes. They have a wide range of white wines which you can choose from to complement your meals.

Agua. This is located near the beach in Barcelona at the Passeig Maritim 30, its nearest train is the Poblenou. The restaurants serves Mediterranean style of serving sea foods, its famous dishes are the steamed mussels, grilled fish and Norway lobsters au gratin and many more.

Can Majo. This restaurant was used to be snack bar, now it is one of the best restaurants in thirty years on the beach of La Barceloneta. Its menu list includes sea foods, stews, paellas and homemade desserts. You can also choose from their list of wines, also from the different regions of Spain, wines that are from Navarra and Rioja.

Cangrejo Loco. This restaurant is part of the Barcelona Convention Bureau; this restaurant can give you a view of the Olympic port and the sea. This restaurant is known for their sea food and crab specialties. You can also check out their wine and cigar menu, and if you don’t feel like having a meal in the restaurant, you can always relax at its wine and cigar cellars.
