• Parc Laberint—this park was built in 1791. It features different levels with stairways, exhibition area and richly decorated railings. Outside the gardens are abounded with different statues of many legendary figures.

• Parc Espanya Industrial—also called the Spanish Industrial Park. The park is located particularly on the west side of Estacio de Sants. It offers two different aspects which is the one charming and one industrial.

• Parc de la Ciudella—this park is one of the big parks of Barcelona. Park Retiro is the largest and most stunning parks in the city. It features 130 hectares of woodland that form a green tree-clad island in the center of an asphalt sea. From the lofty trees found the figures of the Kings and Queens of Spain and whilst inside the park is the huge artificial lake where you can hire for a rowing-boats. If you are looking for more privacy you can unwind or relax on the park’s rose garden or in the Cecilio Rodriguez’s gardens. In the center of the parks stood the two buildings which are the Palacio de Velazquez and the Palacio de Cristal, these two buildings sometimes hold an exhibition.

• Parc Guell—this park was designed by the famous Antonio Gaudi. Designated as the most famous park in Barcelona and considered to be part of the World Heritage Site by UNESCO. The park has been a famous subject to any criticism such like surrealistic island, nightmare Expressionist Park, and outrageous modernism. It was first perceived as a private estate and in 1992 became a public park.

Another very popular tourist destination is also a masterpiece from Gaudi- Parc Guell. The magic of Parque Guell lies on its very structure and its strategic location. I could not fathom how it was made and how the master conceived its idea. The beauty of Parc Guell also lies on the fact that it slowly peels off layers of history. It seems that the past is just a few steps away from the present. It gives a glimpse of what was present in the past. It gives you a taste of the Spanish culture in the past.

Barcelona is one very good travel destination. You do not have to move fast and to scurry to feel the Spanish air. It only takes a good location to sit down and cut a piece of Barcelona travel. 1. The Parc d’Attractiones (Barcelona’s Amusement Park)—this amusement park is best for kids. But visitors in all ages are also very much welcome here. The Parc d’ Attractiones features exciting rides like roller coasters, Ferris wheel and more. The contemporary and antique roller coasters are available here so it would be nice if you try to experience riding them both. Located at the Tibidabo Mountain, you will have the chance to view the scenic part of the city.
2. Ciutadella Park & the Barcelona Zoo—this is the perfect location to unwind and relax if you were looking for a greener view. Though it is located in the city’s center the Ciutadella Park is the best hideout from the bustling city of Barcelona. Ciutadella Park was formerly a military edifice and currently holding the Museu Zoologia, the Barcelona Zoo, the Museu de Geologia and some of the small arboreta. The best day to visit the park would be Sundays. There would be hippie fest and various musical instruments being displayed here that would make the Sunday the best day to visit the park.
3. The Park Collsera—this park is located in the Zona Alta Hills. The park offers a great location to do the biking, hiking and jogging. It is also a great location if you want to have a picnic with your friends or just exploring the Romanesque church and medieval ruins that surrounds the park.

Park Guell is located in el Carmen, in the district of Gracia, Barcelona. It can be reached by city or tourist buses and underground railway. The park was built in 1900 to 1914. Originally, Park Guell is a housing project but then it was never successful maybe due to its design which viewed as eccentric on that era. Not knowing that the eccentricity of the design will be deemed as a work of the genius as decades pass by.

Antoni Gaudi has lived his life here as he bought the house and vacant lot around it prodded by the former owner Eusebi Guell. Now the park is turned into well-visited municipal garden. The entrance to Guell’s Park is free but the house wherein Gaudi stayed is not. La Torre Rosa referring to Gaudi’s house has been a clear reflection of Gaudi’s genius. It is seeing the work of the master of the Sagrada.

The original idea of the park is that of bringing calm and peace to the visitor that sits in its midst. But the intricate design of the roofs, stairs and of the place in general; it can be referred to as if you are in Pleasure Park. The place is like fairy tale setting. You as a visitor will really be enthralled by the beautiful architecture.
