Casa Battló Barcelona is a must-visit if you like Gaudi´s work. It s a house designed for the middle-class at the passeige de Gracia. The fa of the building does not have one straight line in it. The walls are curved and decorated with mosaic tiles.
The people of Barcelona call it the skeleton house, because the curves and structure. The roof of the building looks like the back of a gigantic dinosaur. The ground floor has oval irregular windows. Like most creations by Gaudi the building has absolutely no structural curves or lines.
It is possible to do a guided tour inside the house. In every corner you will discover new things and incredible details. Casa Battló really breathes Gaudi´s brilliance, you won t just enter a building, you ll enter the world of a genius.
